| 摘 要： | 辅导员队伍建设与"三风"建设具有相互促进的关系,辅导员作为高校中一个特殊的教师群体,虽然主要工作不是给学生授课,但对于贯彻党的教育方针,推进优良校风、教风、学风的形成,加强大学生思想政治教育,实现学校人才培养目标和维护学校稳定,具有特殊重要性。

| Abstract: | The construction of the political instructor group and the construction of Three-emphasis have mutual promotion relationship.The political instructors,as a special teachers group in higher learning institutions,are of importance to promoting good school atmosphere,teaching atmosphere and learning atmosphere,to consolidating ideological and political education and to realizing talent cultivation aim and the stability of schools though they do not give class to students. |
