| Abstract: | Being in an era of forming and strengthening multi-nationality country, Qing dynasty strengthened the administration of the boundary ethnic areas and perfected administrative structure and systems. It is very important for the research of forming and strengthening multi-nationality country to get to know the forming, changing of central structure of ethnic administration and the duties of its subordinate offices. |
