| 摘 要： | 中国早期现代化之路崎岖坎坷,济南清末新政和自开商埠前后的早期现代化之路呈现巨大反差,可以说是中国近代社会发展变化的一个缩影。结合近代中外大背景,探讨济南及中国清末新政前后早期现代化巨大反差的原因,总结历史经验教训,发人深省。

| Abstract: | The road of China's earlier modernization is one full of ups and downs.Nonetheless,that of Jinan presents a great contrast around the reformation of 1901-1911 and the opening of port by itself for foreigners,and can be said to be an embodiment of the development and changes of modern Chinese society in microcosm.It therefore makes us to examine ourselves critically and deeply,if we investigate the causes of the great contrast around the reformation of 1901-1911 between Jinan and China against the general background in China and abroad,and summarize these historical experiences. |
