| Abstract: | Under the condition of market economy,the development of private lending is very rapidly;that both lenders and borrowers in the principles of honesty and credibility make the loan voluntarily is lawful and legitimate.But,private lending also has many negative effects,it is very necessary to regulate these adverse effects. |
