| 摘 要： | 本文首先界定了在当前谈政治文明应该特指暴力的减少、政治民主化和法治化 ,提出了公共政治、公民国家、共和民主的文明政治观 ,指出了计划经济和集权政治所依赖的苏联政治观对现代政治文明的阻碍 ,并分析了苏联政治观的哲学思维逻辑。

| Abstract: | In this article, the author demands that the political civilization should be considered as the reduction of political violence,democratization of the politics and the rule of law in political actions. The author explians the civilized political views of "Public Politics", "State of the Citizens" and "Republican Democracy". The article also finds the anti-civilized political views based on planned economy and totolitarian political system which came from the Soviet Union political theories,and also analyzes the thinking logic and philosophic base of the Soviet Union political theories. |
