根据企业核心竞争力的概念,本文提出城市核心竞争力的观点,认为城市核心竞争力是城市发展的关键因素。本文将城市核心竞争力分为基础优势力和竞争优势力两大方面和若干个层次,并阐述应该从树立城市经营理念、建立学习型城市、进行政府改革和推进产业创新等方面培育城市核心竞争力。

Research on the Urban Core Competence

According to the theory of corporate core competence, this article brings forward the viewpoint of urban core competence and considers it as the key factor of the city development. This article separates the urban core competence into base advantage and competition advantage and some small parts, and expounds that it should breed the urban core competence from the aspects such as setting the urban managing thought, building the learning city, reforming the government and innovating the industry.
