| 摘 要： | 睡虎地秦简《法律答问》和张家山汉简《二年律令》中都出现了"三环"一词,关于其含义,目前学术界存在争议.实际上,"三环"是对司法机关的要求,即年龄70岁以,上的老人告其子不孝,司法机关必须反复调查案情,然后再做出是否受理的决定,目的是为了预防高龄父母告子不孝时,可能会出现的"告不审"等问题.

| Abstract: | There are some controversies on "San Huan" in the Replies to Questions Concerning the Laws of Shuihudi Bamboo Slips and Two year law of Zhangjiashan Bamboo Slips in academic circle. In fact "San Huan" was a judicial process that was drawn up to guard against groundless accusation. In other words, after above the age 70 years old person prosecute issue for unfilial behaviour judiciary must repeatedly investigate the case, then makes a decision whether accepts it. |
