西周初社会结构的分解合并与国家形成

中国国家形成于周初。周初分封是古代“自然长成的结构”的大分解、大合并。宗法制是对亲属关系的首次政治和组织改造。周公制礼是对社会生活习惯的有序化变革。随着宗法结构的解体,郡县制、成文法出现,战国时代的国家形态高度成熟,其发展水平与克里斯提尼改革时的雅典及《十二铜表法》颁布后的罗马相当。
