| 摘 要： | 高校辅导员工作是高校工作的重要组成部分。辅导员不仅是学生学习、生活的良师益友,更是学生思想积极向上的引路人。作为常年奋战在学生思想政治教育第一线的高校辅导员,要不断探索,全面提高自身素质;要与时俱进,开拓创新,探索新的工作思路;要端正态度,改进方法,增强辅导员工作的实效。

| Abstract: | The ideological and political works is one of the most important parts in University education. Counselors are not only students＇ best friends on their studying and life, but also the tutor guiding their progress on mentality. As the person working on students＇ ideological and political education, we should explore the new way endlessly, improve our diathesis continually. |
