论阜新市社区矫正实施矛盾及对策

针对资源型城市（以阜新地区为例）的特点，深入分析其与社区矫正实施的矛盾，在完善一般社区矫正措施的基础上。对现有环境除弊，同时指出了具有地区特色的感化式矫正、兴趣激发式矫正、责任感式矫正等社区矫正政策，对矫正对象通过关怀、感化、引导，使其增强社会责任感，重塑自信心和自强意识，走地区特色的社区矫正道路。

On the implementation of community contradiction and countermeasures of correction in Fuxin City

With regard to the characteristics of resource - based cities （ take Fuxin for example）, we profoundly analyses its contradiction with community correction. On the foundation of perfecting the general community measures, the paper is to eliminate the defects in the present social environment, meanwhile, it proposes several community correction policies with distinct local characteristics, the policies are persuading -based correction, interest - stimulating correction and responsibility - sensed correction. Through caring, persuading and instrucring, the paper is to strengthen the target groups sense of social responsibility, re -establish their confidence and self-consciousness, and taking a local -featured community correction road.
