试论高职学院增强竞争力的突破口

在普通高校扩招、"洋教育"抢滩大陆和其它一些职业技术培训的夹击下,高职学院必须选好增强竞争力的突破口。一是要强化经营意识,突破旧有的思维定势,真正把高职学院作为一个产业来经营;二是要拆除院墙,打破"关门办学"模式,把自身放在国际大教育的环境下衡量定位,延请三百六十行的能人高手;三是真正以人为本,创造人性化的教育环境,让师生愉快地工作和学习。

Discussion on the breakthrough for the vocational college to improve the competition ability

With the college expanding and foreign education entering,as well as some vocational technical training,vocational colleges should select the competitive breakthrough.Firstly,consciousness of management should be set up to break the old fixed thinking and run them as an industry.Secondly,defenses should be removed to break the mode of inside-door running and locate themselves in the international environment so as to invite the top persons in every line.Thirdly,create a humanized educational environment which pleased the faculties & staffs and students to work and study.
