| 摘 要： | 挥臂击球是扣球技术教学重点,助跑起跳是扣球技术教学难点。运用教学实验法、数理统计法等综合研究方法,抓住重点,突破难点,设计教学程序,有计划、有步骤地开展了扣球技术教学,旨在丰富现有的排球教学训练手段和方法。实验结果表明:运用逆进分解训练法开展排球扣球技术的教学是切实可行的,教学效果显著。

| Abstract: | The teaching sequence was made up of the principle of sports motor transference by the control and change of the height of the net.It can enrich the teaching and exercises principles by carrying out spike skill practice step by step.The experiment results make clear that it is feasible to develop the teaching result of the spike skill by increasing the net height step by step. |
