| 摘 要： | 我国目前存在着社会阶层的划分，中间阶层有待扩大，下层亟需缩小，阶层之间进行流动受到很多制度方面的限制，但仍然存在着几个主要的流动途径，不同的流动途径机会不同，效果也自然有所不同，从人口经济学的意义上来看，加强人力资本的投资和促进流动人口的健康有序发展是十分重要的。

| Abstract: | Considering the division of social class in China today, the middle class need be enlarged and the lower, shrunk. Despite the obstacles in social mobility, there are possible ways to cross the lines. Different ways lead to different effects. From the perspective of demographic economics, it is urgent to strengthen investment on human capital and to promote healthy development of social mobility. |
