| 摘 要： | 经济法规制度的量化研究 ,是社会主义法制建设的重要内容。应按经济规律加强财经制度量化规定研究。加强财经法规制度的量化规定的研究应处理好几个关系。建立和完善社会主义市场体制 ,对保证国民经济持续健康发展 ,制裁和打击经济领域各种违法行为起着重要作用。

| Abstract: | The quantitative research in economic laws and regulations is an important task to the socialist legal construction.The necessity of strengthening research in the regulations of financial and economic system quantification according to economic principles,the several relations that should be properly handled in the course of the research and the establishment and perfection of socialist market economy system play an important role in national economy as well as in punishing and cracking down on various unlawful practice in the economic field. |
