| 摘 要： | 我国的城市化滞后,不是与其它国家相比较而言的人口城市化滞后,而是市场化的城市化机制未能建立与有效发挥作用,资本、劳动力等要素在城乡之间的分布未达到均衡状态时,流动受阻引起的非农产业城市化滞后与人口城市化滞后的双重滞后。

| Abstract: | The sluggish urbanization in China is not a result of comparison between the sluggish population urbanization in China and that in other countries. It is both a sluggish urbanization of non-agricultural industry and a sluggish population urbanization and poor circulation of capital and labor in the cities and in the countryside. |
