| 摘 要： | 结合昭通渔洞水库水源保护地生态环境的现状,分析了水源地生态补偿主、客体,生态补偿相关方补偿标准的定量研究,探讨了建立渔洞水库水源地生态补偿机制,提出完善该库区生态补偿的对策与建议,对于解决库区经济发展和水环境生态保护的矛盾是一次有益的尝试。 |

| Abstract: | This article combines ecological environment of Yudong reservoir water resources protection area.Analysis the waterhead compensation＇s subject and object,and ecological compensation quantitative standard.It set up the ecological compensation mechanism of Yudong Reservoir. Then proposed the ecological compensation strategies and recommendations of the reservoir area need to be completed.It is a good attempt for the reservoir Area to solve conflicts between economic development and ecological protection. |
