论20世纪90年代以来的日本大学改革

20世纪90年代以来,日本高等教育已经进入了普及化阶段,为了解决高等教育普及化所带来的问题,日本进行了一系列大学改革。其中最引人关注的是国立大学法人化、大学结构改革、重点发展研究生教育。分析日本大学改革的成因、内容,探讨改革中遇到的困难,总结出改革的特征,以期对我国大学的改革有所启示。

On the University Reform in Japan: From 1990s to the Present

Since the 1990s,Japanese higher education has been in a stage of popularization.In order to solve the problems of popularization of higher education, a series of activities on university reform have been performed in Japan,among which the most attractive is the institution of legal person of national universities,structural reform of university and the key development of graduate education.Based on the analysis of the causes and contents of university reform in Japan,this paper discusses the difficulties in the process of reform and summarizes the features of reform in order to give inspiration to China in the course of its university reform.
