当代土家族社会结构的变迁

本文撷取所有制、行业、职业、性别、收入、教育、声望等属性 ,从水平分化和垂直分化两个角度 ,对当代土家族社会结构的变迁进行了定量分析。通过分析指出 ,当代土家族社会结构实际已处于整体转型之中 ,但社会分化程度相对较低 ,并未带来社会失衡和振荡 ;进而指出 ,这种分析是未来土家族社会结构调整之政策取向的基础

The Change of Social Structure of Contemporary Tujia Ethnic Group

Viewing at the angle of divisions at the horizontal and vertical levels, this article makes a quantitative analysis of the change social structure of contemporary Tujia ethnic group according to the properties of ownership, professions, sex, income, educational level, frame, etc.. Through the analysis, the article holds that the structure of contemporary Tujia ethnic group has in fact begun the transformation as a whole , however, the social division or differentiation is at a relatively lower level, having not caused the disequilibrium and vibration of the society. The article further points out that such an analysis is the basis for the policy orientation of the adjustment of the Tujia ethnic group's social structure.
