Reform of State Enterprises: DENG Xiao-pings Theories and Their New Development

At the beginning of Chinas reform, DENG Xiao-ping raised the idea that, in order to carry out the reform of state enterprises, it is necessary to enlarge the decision-making power of the enterprises, practise the system of job responsibility and reform their leading system. At present, the Partys third-generation central leading group has, in light of new practical experience, advanced that we must make strategic adjustments in the state economy, promote the reorganization of state enterprises, establish and strengthen our modern enterprise institutions, which has brought about the new development of DENGs theories.
