天津市中心城区外围空间形态结构分析

城市中心城区外围空间区域正逐步成为城市发展的焦点地区。对天津中心城区外围空间六种主要结构形态进行研究,认为其空间由圈层式向轴向式发展,并且功能分区明确;存在空间利用配套服务设施不够完善、行政辖区管理束缚空间发展、建设开发导致耕地流失和生态环境破坏等主要问题;提出扩大中心城区辖区范围、强化规划与管理等建议。

Structure of the Outer Space of Central City in Tianjin

The outer space of the central city has gradually become the focus of city development.With study on the six types of outer space structure of central city in Tianjin,this paper analyzes that the space form character of development transforms from circle to axis and has definite function sections.This paper also lists the main problems in space utilizing,including insufficient facilities,current administration area restriction,wrecked farmland and ecosystem by over construction etc.To solve the problems,suggestions are made,such as extending the center city administration area and enhancing the planning and management program to optimize the development of city space.
