摘    要:经济全球化与文化多元化加快了克里奥尔化食物的形成以及饮食消费的克里奥尔化。以文化人类学的功能论和诠释论对这一现象进行了不同的理解和分析,并对此提出了文化应对策略:尊重不同民族饮食文化传统,积极保护饮食文化多元性;大力开发克里奥尔化食物,促进饮食文化交流。

Abstract:Globalization and cultural diversity have speeded up the formation of creolized food as well as creolization of dietary consumption.The paper analyzes this phenomenon from functionalism and hermeneutics of cultural anthropology and advances some cultural strategies to cope with it as follows:showing respect to different catering cultures of different ethnic groups,protecting the pluralism of food cultures,developing creolized food with great effort and promoting the exchange of food cultures.
