人性的物欲与犯罪

物欲是人的普遍本性,是人创造一切的基本动力.所以,物欲的存在是天然合理的.但如果把物欲绝对化,成为一种物欲症,就会肆无忌惮地实施物欲型犯罪.物欲型犯罪是为谋求物质欲望满足而实施的侵犯他人或公共财物的犯罪,它包括经济犯罪和财产犯罪两种基本类型.改革开放以来,物欲型犯罪一直保持高发态势,这与物欲症泛滥和社会上大量消极因素存在是密不可分的,这些消极因素,主要包括拜金主义泛滥、病态高消费、贫富差距过大和犯罪机会大量存在等.

Human’s material desire and crime Chinese private enterprises

Material desire is a general natural character of human being;it is the primary driving force to create new things.So the existence of material desire is natural and reasonable.But if the material desire expands without control,it will become a kind of a disease,and is likely to develop into the crime with desire for gain.Such crime pursues satisfaction of material desire by infringing upon other people or public property;it includes economic crime and property crime.Since China’s reform and opening up,the crime with desire for gain occurs more frequently,and it is inseparable to the overflow of desire for gain and a large number of negative factors in the society.The negative factors include the widespread of money worship,unhealthy high-value consumption,the widening of the gap between the rich and the poor,and plenty of chances to commit crimes,and so on.
