| 摘 要： | 随着经济全球化进程的加快,市场竞争日益激烈,专利权与技术标准属性的矛盾和冲突日益突出,通过分析专利权与技术标准之间的冲突表现,研究标准与专利之间的相同和不同属性,提出了标准与专利有机结合的理论依据及有关具体建议。

| Abstract: | With the accelerated process of economic globalization,the market competition is becoming increasingly fierce,contradictions and conflicts between patents and technical standard attributes have become increasingly prominent.Based on the analysis of the conflicts between patents and technical standards,as well as the same and different attributes of patents and standards,theoretical basis and relevant suggestions were put forward in relation to the combination of standards and patents. |
