论学报编辑的自律意识

近年来，学术界的不良学风已造成了严重危害，其中一个重要原因是学报编辑人员自律意识淡薄，因此，学报编辑人员要充分认识强化自律意识的重要性，把自律意识建设和出版工作者的神圣使命、职业形象与精神文明建设联系起来进行。学报编辑应树立三种自律意识：即道德自律意识、学术自律意识和行业自律意识，坚定不移地防范学术腐败现象滋生蔓延，无愧于“人类灵魂工程师”的称号。

On the Self-disciplinary Consciousness of College Journal Editors

In recent years,the unhealthy tendency of academic circles has led to very severe social harms.One of the important reasons is poor self-disciplinary consciousness of college journal editors.Therefore,college journal editors should think much of self-disciplinary consciousness,at the same time pay attention to the publishers' sacred missions,vocational impression and spiritual civilization.College journal editors should build up the self-disciplinary consciousnesses on morality,learning and profession,and guard against the pervasiveness of academic corruption.In this way,the college journal editors can be regarded as "the engineer of human souls".
