| Abstract: | Deepening medical reform should improve the health care system, and promoting the reform of public hospitals should develop the medicare payment system. The point of the coordination between deepening medical reform and promoting health insurance is dealing with the relationship between public welfare of health care and fundamentality of health insurance. |
