摘    要:从我国商业银行现有定价能力入题,在借鉴西方商业银行帐户利润分析理论的基础上,提出我国商业银行的贷款定价模型———客户关系定价模型。此模型从银行和客户的整体关系入手,分析了客户给商业银行带来的包括贷款利息在内的总收入的构成以及银行为客户提供服务的总成本计算,以此为基础来确定贷款价格。

Abstract:This paper discusses Chinese bank's loan pricing method and some existing problems.Based on the western theory of account profit analysis the paper designs the customer relationship pricing model which is available to Chinese banks.This model emphasizes the relationship between banks and customers.It points out that the loan price consists of three parts:money brought by customers,the cost spent on providing service for customers and the bank's target profit decided by the bank's administrative department.
