| 摘 要： | 调查表明 ,在新的历史时期 ,农村干群关系的主流是好的 ,但也的确存在一些不容忽视的问题。准确判断当前农村干群关系的状况 ,弄清其存在问题的原因 ,按照江泽民同志提出的“三个代表”的要求 ,采取切实可行的有针对性的措施 ,恢复和发展农村干群之间的密切关系 ,显得十分必要和迫切
