| 摘 要： | 高校大学生思想政治教育工作是人才培养系统中的子系统。在学科交叉发展的形势下,将高校思想政治教育置于公共管理学的大背景下进行研究是一种有益的尝试。因此,运用公共管理学的原理和方法创新思想政治教育工作,不断增强思想政治教育的针对性、实效性和吸引力、感染力,是培养具有全面素质与创新能力人才的有效途径。

| Abstract: | Ideological and political education in colleges and universities is an important branch of the system of talents cultivation.Under the new trends of the discipline overlapping,introducing public administration science to ideological and political education to conduct the research is a beneficial attempt.Therefore,it is an effective way to employ the principles and methods of public administration to innovate ideological and political education,and(enhance) the aiming,(effectiveness) and appeal,power of ideological and political education to bring up persons of full-developed qualities and creativity. |
