| Abstract: | The entry of WTO brings Petrochemical Industry in Heilongjiang many opportunities. The industry should take the policy of " refrain from doing some things in order to be able to do other things" to enhance technological development and adjust the structure of R&D groups, while adopting overall countermeasures----standardizing plan and arrangement at high starting points and levels. |
