| 摘 要： | 信息化纾力是信息的内在特性决定的,与工业化相比,信息化在生产方式、主要资源、产业结构、技术基础、经济增长方式、社会后果等方面具有明显的有利于经济和社会可持续发展的特点.这是解决我国今天在快速工业化过程中出现的发展张力及不可持续问题的根本出路.

| Abstract: | The relaxing force of informatization is determined by the inner characteristic of information.Compared with industrialization,information is helpful to realize economic and social sustainable development in terms of productive style,leading resource,industrial structure,technological base,economic growth and social outcomes etc.Nowadays we should make full use of the impact of the relaxing force of informatization so that we can solve the problems of both tension and unsustainbility brought by industrialization. |
