| 摘 要： | 把按劳分配和按生产要素分配结合起来，是我国在发展社会主义市场经济过程中提出的新的分配原则。按生产要素分配与资本主义所实行的按资根本分配有着的区别。这种区别主要表现为二者提出的理论依据不同，二者在社会分配体系中所处的地位不同，二者实施的价值目标取向不同。

| Abstract: | It is the principle of distribution that we should combine the two principles of distribution according to work and distribution according to essential factors of production. The principle is raised in the course of developing our socialist market economy. There is a cardinal difference between distribution according to essential factors of production and distribution according to capital carried out of by capitalist countries. The difference shows up in the theoretical bases , the status in the system where they are , and the value aim where they point to. |
