| 摘 要： | 随着知识经济的来临,人才要求也越来越高。高校是高级人才"摇篮",高校教师的职业素质直接决定了所培养人才的质量。因此,我们必须立足我国高校教师队伍现状,弘扬优点,改进不足,采取有效措施大力提高高校教师的素质,并把它作为高等教育发展的重点,常抓不懈。

| Abstract: | With the incoming of intellectual economy,there is an increasing demand of talent.The quality of students in university where cultivates advanced talent is directly up to that of college and university teacher.Therefore,according to the present conditions of chinese college teacher,we must develop advantages,improve shortcomings,and take effective measures to promote the teacher's quality in university highly,which is also taken as key point of development of higher education and should be persisted in. |
