| 摘 要： | 秦皇岛市的县域经济存在着发展步子不大、结构不尽合理、整体素质低等问题。为搞好秦皇岛市的县域经济 ,应当进一步深化改革 ,创造良好的发展环境 ;积极调整产业结构 ,大力发展特色产业 ;推进农业和农村经济结构战略性调整 ,提高农民收入水平 ;加强项目建设、工业园区建设、小城镇建设和人才体系建设 ;积极发展旅游业 |

| Abstract: | The county town economic development of Qinhuang dao city has some prob lems such as the developing step is a little slow, the structure is not reasonab le and the whole quality is in a low level In order to settle these problems, we should further deepen the reform, create a good development environment, acti vely adjust the industrial structure, energetically develop the characteristic i ndustry, advance strategic regulation in agriculture and rural economic structur e, improve peasant's income level, strengthen project construction, industrial c ommunity construction, small cities and towns construction and talent's system c onstruction, and actively develop tourist industry |
