港澳问题比较及其启示

港澳问题在形成年代、持续时间、形成方式、法理地位、涉及内容和造成影响等方面存在差异,但两者之间又密切相连,相互盘绕,尤其在本质上都是帝国主义依据不平等条约而造成的结果。新中国成立以后,根据“和平统一、一国两制”的方针政策,顺利解决了港澳问题,并根据不同情况分别制定两部基本法,既贯彻了基本一致的原则,又体现了各自的特色。港澳回归的历史作用和影响大体相同,但又不完全等同。比较港澳问题的产生、解决及其影响,对于早日解决台湾问题,彻底完成祖国的统一大业,将提供有益的启示。

The Comparison between Issues of Hongkong and Macao and the Implications

There are differences between the issues of Hongkong and Macao in regards to the time of formation, the dtiration, modes of formation, nomlogical status, contents and influences,etc. At the same time, however, they are closely related to and knitted with each other, and by nature,both of them are the results of the unfair treaties between Imperialist Countries and China. After the founding of the People's Republic of China, according to the "Peace and U nification, Two Systems within One Chuntry" policy, China has smoothly resolved the sovreignty issues of Honkong and Macao. According to the difference of conditions, China constituted two Basic Laws for Hongkong and Macao, which respond to both simlar funda mental principles and respective characteristics. The transfers of sovreignty of Hongkong and Macao have similar historital significance and influence, but there are also differences. The comparison between the formation, resolution and influence of the issues of Hongkong and Macao offers useful insights for the resolution of the Taiwan Problem and the Great Unifica tion of China.
