| 摘 要： | 三口通商大臣是第二次鸦片战争后清政府为适应对外情势变化而在天津设立的专门负责管理北方三口通商、交涉事务的官职.天津教案爆发后,该职旋被裁撤.关于裁撤的原因是多方面的.从官僚体制的冲突、对外交涉体制的缺陷以及中外矛盾的尖锐化等方面分析了该职裁撤的深层次原因.

| Abstract: | The Three-port Commerce Minister was established in Tianjin after the second Opium War in order to meet the changing situation.The minister specialized in business and foreign affairs.After the Tianjin Missionary Case in 1870,it was terminated for many reasons.This paper analyses the deep reasons from such aspects as the conflict of bureaucracy system,the imperfect of foreign policy and acute contrary between China and foreign countries. |
