| 摘 要： | 改革开放之后,四川民办高等教育始于20世纪90年代的非学历高等教育机构和学历文凭考试的试点校,至今,民办高等教育从无到有,有了显著发展.2007年,我省已有民办普通高等学校9所,独立学院12所,在校生共计125 760人,占全省高等学校及机构的在校学生总数的9.57%.当前,构建公办教育与民办教育共同发展构的办学新格局是我国教育发展的必然趋势,民办高等院校定能在这样一个办学新格局中大有作为.展望将来,今后我省民办高等教育的发展前景是广阔的.
