摘    要:针对农业院校英语专业学生学习策略知识掌握及其使用的情况,对湖南农业大学和中南林业科技大学英语专业大二学生做了有关的问卷调查。调查中发现学生对学习策略知识缺乏了解;在学习策略的使用上存在一些问题。结合英语学习认知法和交际法,提出了一些建设性的意见:系统传授学习策略知识课程;加强训练专业学生的学习策略;发挥农业院校的特色,开创特色课程,以期帮助改善农林院校英语专业学生的学习策略知识体系,并促进其有效实施,提高其英语学习积极性和自信心。

Abstract:A questionnaire investigation was carried out among the Grade-2011 students in Hunan Agricultural Universities and Central South University of Forestry Technology on the use of learning strategies. The result shows that the students are lack of the knowledge of learning strategies and besides they are not very good at using them. Under the guidance of learning cognitive and communicative method, some constructive suggestions are put forward such as systematically imparting knowledge of learning strategies, strengthening the training students' for proper use of them, and reconstructing the special curriculum with the features of agricultural discipline with the purpose to help English majors in agricultural universities to build their own systematic knowledge of learning strategies and really have a good influence on enhancing students' initiative and confidence.
