中医专业基础课类青年教师培养的思考与实践

青年教师是人才培养的中坚力量,是学生的引路人。中医专业基础课是中医学教育的根本基础,基础课类教师在中医学教育和人才培养中具有举足重轻的作用。近十余年来随着我校学生人数的激增和师资队伍的不断扩大,青年教师逐渐成为了教学骨干。青年教师的培养成为教师培养重要的议题,而青年教师培养的质量直接关系着中医学教育事业的发展,影响着中医专业人才培养的质量。本文围绕近年来湖南中医药大学中医专业基础课类青年教师培养的实践和经验,就如何提升青年教师教学能力进行总结和探讨。

Exploration and Practice on the Cultivation of Young Teachers in Traditional Chinese Medicine Basic Course

Teachers are the important resources of education, the guide of students. Professional basic course of traditional Chinese medicine is the foundation of traditional Chinese medical education and the teachers of the professional course in traditional Chinese medicine play a significant role in traditional Chinese medical education and cultivating the out-standing medical talents. The ranks of teachers and students of our university have been strengthening and the young teachers gradually become an enormous asset of school teaching, Cultivating the young teachers become a vital topic for discussion in cultivating teacher, that is why the quality of the young teachers directly affects the development of the traditional Chinese medical education and the quality of traditional Chinese medical talents. This thesis summarizes and discusses how to enhance the teaching competence of the young teachers through the practice and the experience of the cultivation of the young teachers in professional basic course of traditional Chinese medicine in Hunan University of Chinese Medicine.
