摘    要:湖南的稻谷、牲猪、柑橘等农副产品在中国占有重要地位,然而湖南省食品行业存在企业规模小、生产工艺条件落后、食品安全状态家底不清的现状,原因主要在于市场监管的缺失或不力、食品企业责任缺失、消费者的安全和维权意识不强。加大政府监管力度、加强食品企业责任建设、加强消费者食品安全教育和宣传,发挥消费者的积极作用等对策有利于提高食品安全。

Abstract:The rice, pigs, citrus and other subsidiary agricultural products in Hunan play an important role in China. However, the food industry in Hunan province is small in scale, the production process lagges behind the conditions, and food safety state of family property is unclear. It analyzes the main reasons for the lack of or inadequate market supervision and the lack of food corporate responsibility, and safety and rights awareness of consumer is not strong. It proposes to increase government regulation, strengthen food corporate responsibility, and strengthen consumer food safety education and publicity to play an active role in consumer and other countermeasures, to help to improve food safety.
