| 摘 要： | 随着时代进步和生活节奏加快,高校女教工的心理健康受到激烈的冲击。高校女教工的心理健康状况比男教工差,其中尤为严重的是人际关系敏感、抑郁和焦虑。造成这种状况的原因主要是来自学习工作、婚恋家庭和生理方面的压力。女职工委员会可以从多方面寻求化解女教工心理压力的途径。

| Abstract: | With time going and quickened pace of life, psychological health of female staff in college is drastically impacted. Characteristics of female staff in colleges and the reasons causing their psychological problems were analyzed, and some solutions were discussed from female staff working point of view in college trade unions. |
