| 摘 要： | 90后大学生的人生观、价值观及为人处世的方式呈现出独特的个性特征。我们必须加强90后大学生励志教育,使其能够树立正确的价值观,有一定明辨是非的能力,且能够全身心投入到学习中,从而快速高效地提高学生的成才期望值。加强励志教育,可以从全员参与励志教育、切实提高励志教育工作者本身的素质等多个方面进行创新。

| Abstract: | Contemporary college students are 90 s born students, thus their main feature of thoughts and values are changing. It＇s important for university managers to know them well to guide their behavior and values. This thesis puts forward inspirational education methods which can build correct values after gives analysis on 90 s born student＇s characters and approaches effective ways of inspirational education. |
