| 摘 要： | 城市国有土地使用权的出让是优化配置士地资源、显化土地资产价值、筹集城市基础建设资金的有效手段.但近年来城市土地出让存在许多问题,已影响到我国经济的持续发展.文中以山西省孝义市为例对土地出让市场发展现状、存在问题进行分析,并提出相应的解决对策,对规范土地出让市场秩序,促进城市经济的稳定发展具有非常重要的理论与现实意义.
