两种农业经济组织模式的制度经济学分析

对家庭经营制和“企业+农户”两种农业经济组织形式进行了制度经济学分析。认为,农业经济的异质性、资产的专用性、不确定性构成家庭经济组织长期存在和效率低下的依据;“企业+农户”的农业经济组织在提高农业经济异质性适应能力、降低农业经济资产的专用性、减少农业经济活动的不确定性、节约农业经济活动的组织成本和交易成本等方面具有重要意义。

System Economics Analysis of Two Types of Agricultural Economic Organizations

This paper analyzes two types of agricultural economic organizations, namely, the family management system and enterprise plus farmer from the perspective of system economics, and points out the proof that the long-time existence of family economic organization and its low efficiency lies in different characteristics, one-purpose use of the capitals and the uncertainty of the agricultural economy. The paper also analyzes the roles that the agricultural economic organization-enterprise plus farmer play in raising the adaptability of the agricultural economy with different characteristics , in lowering the one-purpose use of the agricultural economic capitals, in reducing the uncertainty of the agricultural economic activities and in economizing on the organization costs and trade costs, etc. In the end , this paper puts forward some concrete policy suggestions on how to improve the formation of the agricultural economic organization-enterprise plus farmer.
