| 摘 要： | 当代大学生的价值取向趋于多元。加强和改进当代大学生的思想政治教育,要以人为本,依据他们的心理发展规律,生命成长规律进行工作。正确处理道德教育和思想政治教育、说服教育和自主体验以及集体教育和个体教育的关系,使思想政治教育能够进入大学生的心灵,行之有效。

| Abstract: | The moral and ideological values of contemporary college students tend to diversify.To strengthen and improve their ideological and political education,educators must consider students' psychological development and biological growth,and deal properly with three relationships: the relationship between moral and ideological education,between persuasion and selfexperience,and between collective and individual education.Only thus can ideological and political education reach deep in students' hearts and become effective in practice. |
