| 摘 要： | 知识经济的发展已经远远超出了我们对它的理解 ,在许多发达国家得到了重视。我国作为发展中国家 ,能否在工业化程度不高的情形下发展知识经济 ?怎么样发展知识经济 ,必须也已经成为我们关注的重要问题 ,面对知识经济的到来 ,我们必须未雨绸缪 ,制定相应的对策。

| Abstract: | The development of knowledge economy has already surpassed our understanding to it and many developed countries pay more attention to knowledge of economy.Whether China,as a developing country can develop knowledge economy or not under the condition of lower industrialization and how we develop knowledge economy has become the important project which we should pay attention to.Facing the coming of the knowledge economy times,we must take preventive measures and make out relevant tactics. |
