| 摘 要： | 美国具有深厚的和谐社会思想传统。这一传统主要表现为早期移民的理想社会想像、美国政治法律中的自由平等民主理念、19世纪的乌托邦实验、源远流长的生态平衡观念和战后经济学中的生活质量理论。起始于新政的战后一系列社会经济改革的宗旨在于,通过立法和政策措施全面调整社会关系和人地关系,使社会健康和谐地发展。

| Abstract: | The U.S.possesses a profound tradition on building a harmonious society.From the ideal held by most immigrants in early periods,the freedom and fairness embodied in politics and laws of the U.S.,Utopian experiments in the 19th century,longing concept of ecological equilibrium,and the theory of living qualities in economics after WWII,we all can find some clues.And a series of reforms after the New-Deal lies in adjusting the relationship between social relation and man-place relation via legislation and political measures to propel a sound and harmonious development of society. |
