| 摘 要： | 我国西北地区是经济相对落后、生态环境脆弱的多民族地区，是国家西部大开发的重点区域之一。在全面分析西北地区经济开发的相对优势及其限制性因素的基础上，提出21世纪西北经济开发的新思路。
