| 摘 要： | 从商务交际活动出发,以多元文化观为立足点,结合经济全球化时代人们在国际交往中常常出现尴尬甚至冲突,阐述了中西文化在起源上的差别,总结出5个方面的文化差异,在此基础上,探析商务交际中的文化差异的具体原因,找出其中可以协调解决的应对策略。
