| 摘 要： | 科学发展观是指导经．、济社会发展的科学思想。现代管理基本原理是现代管理的基本规律。文章在阐述现代管理基本原理和科学发展观的概念及其联系的基础上，重点论述科学发展观和现代管理基本原理在以人为本、系统思维、追求效益等方面的本质的一致性。为实现我国管理现代化，文章提出在管理实践中贯彻科学发展观和现代管理基本原理的举措。

| Abstract: | Scientific development view is a system of scientific thinking guiding economic and social development, while the principles of modern management are the basic laws in modern management. With an elucidation of the concepts and interrelation of the two, this paper lays an emphasis in demonstrating their compatibility in their foremost concern for human needs, systematic thinking, and pursuit for efficiency. To promote the modernization of management in China, this paper proposes to implement scientific development view and the principles of modern management in our managerial practices. |
