| 摘 要： | 瞿秋白“历史工具”论的主要含义是：伟人只是时代或阶级的“历史工具”。这是就伟人的作用和地位做的评价，而不是就其他人或所有人的作用和地位做的评价。这是说只有伟人可以成为历史工具，只有掌握历史发展规律的人可以成为历工具。成为历史工具的人只是一部分人或少数人，而不是所有人。对其局限性应该从文本出发，进行实事求是的研究分析。

| Abstract: | By ＂the historical tool＂ Qu Qiubai means great men are simply the ＂historical tool＂ of time and class. This is a judgment made in terms of the function and status of great men but not all the people ＇s. This means only the great men can become historical tools and only the men who had mastered historical rules can become historical tools. And only a few people can become historical tools but not all the people. And their restrictions should be approached faithfully according to the context they were in. |
